At Brijwasi Sweets, we pride ourselves on maintaining the timeless signature flavours. We use the same recipes our Founders did, and source from manufacturers and traders that have been with us for decades. We are highly selective and maintain a stringent production process to ensure our customers get the absolute best.
We are extremely conscious of our choice of vendors and the majority of them have been with us for decades. This allows us to build a relationship where we trust our vendors to provide consistency and uniformity of raw materials thereby allowing us to maintain the taste of our final products.
We thoroughly inspect our raw material every day and go through a three-step quality check before we use them for production. We check all raw material for quality, consistency, and cleanliness, and ensure they are compliant with our specifications.
The ingredients we use are the best in the market. The principal and key ingredients are house-blended and prepared within our facilities ensuring strict quality control. The Chefs and Production Manager carefully sample all elements regularly before they use them in production.
The production line is perhaps our most important asset. Here is where the magic happens. To ensure it goes well, we monitor the line daily ensuring each batch produces consistent products of the highest quality. We invest a lot of effort, money, and time to optimise the process and bring it to speed with the ever-changing environment to meet rising demand.
Our team consists of carefully selected experts who undergo regular training to carry forward the traditional art of sweet-making in line with our age-old recipes. Our entire team, right from the current leadership team to the Head Chefs and workers, take part in the process and oversee each step with careful consideration.
We follow a six-step quality check where we carefully select our vendors, inspect and procure raw material, sanitarily store our material, segregate and process for our final product, carefully check each product before dispatch, and finally review our finished goods before selling them at our retail stores.
In line with our core values, we maintain all our Production and Retail facilities with the prescribed sanitation and safety guidelines. We clean each unit thoroughly and treat them with disinfectants regularly. Our workers monitor and practice good hygiene and undergo regular health and medical check-ups. A rudimentary but indispensable measure, maintaining good hygiene and sanitary facilities helps us provide our customers with the absolute best.
We have a 10,000 sq. ft state of the art manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai. We can organize a visit to our Kitchen for Hotels, Corporates, Educational Institutions with prior appointment.
