    The shelf life of Kaju Katli in Mumbai is one week. However, if you are taking it abroad, the sweet will last for 15 to 20 days. This is because the amount of moisture in the Mumbai air does not suit it.

    In Mumbai sweets made using Dry Fruits (Pista, Kaju, Badam, etc.) have a shelf life of 7 days, but if you are taking them abroad they can last up to 15 to 20 days. This is because the amount of moisture in the Mumbai air does not suit the sweets.

    Milk is a core ingredient in Bengali Sweets and hence they taste best on the same day, or the next day if refrigerated. However, Rasmalai is a delicate product as it contains fresh milk and should be eaten on the same day.
  • What kind of oil is used in making Snacks and Namkeens?
    We use superior quality of Palmolein oil in our snacks and namkeen preparations. Palmolein is the gold standard in edible oils and is a stable oil at high temperatures and thus helps the snacks and namkeens to have a good shelf life.
  • Do you provide Catering, Live Counters, Dessert Stations?

    At the moment, we do not give franchise. The company runs and operates all outlets. There are, however, some unauthorised businesses that are using our brand names and running their establishments.
